Wellness Together Canada (WTC) is a mental health and substance use portal supported by government funding. The platform aims to provide assistance to individuals across Canada and Canadian expatriates in both official languages.

With the WTC companion app PocketWell, users gain access to evidence-based tools for assessing and monitoring their well-being, such as a Self-Assessment tool developed by psychologists. Additionally, the Mood Meter feature enables users to maintain a daily log of their emotional state through brief check-ins.

ONE-TO-ONE SUPPORT:

<li>Users can connect with trained counselors and crisis responders via the app who are available to discuss their concerns and provide assistance during challenging situations. They can reach out through text messages or calls to WTC's phone counseling services, available nationwide at any time of day or night.</li>
